We, Fourside Media do hear by play hosts to The Everything Sux Show.
The Everything Sux Show is intended for audiences over the age of 18. We do not, nor will not moderate, censor, or prevent any type of material, no matter how contrversal it may be, from being used on the show.
This show may contain harsh and fowl language and adult subject matter. The authors of this show will, in fact pick on everyone and everything including religion, politics, entertainment and so forth. If you feel that the show is offending you in any way, please disconnect from the show.
We will not stop broadcast for any reason what-so-ever. If you are caught harassing us because we made fun of your beliefs or what-have-you, we will take legal action agenst you and contact the proper authorities. This includes public demonstartaions, harasment, stalking and so on.
To the Music Artists and Authorities:
We are a not-for-profit organization and the show makes NO MONEY. We are strong advocates of helping all our artists and so on. Therefore immediately, we will be broadcasting your songs through our radio station, without written permission. We feel that we don’t need your permission since we’re not making any profit off our show and since we consider it free advertising to you. You will make the money by us promoting your music. But, we realize that there are quite a few artists out there that are greedy and want money so we make you this offer:
If you want your songs taking off our radio station, please contact us ASAP PERSONALLY. We will freely and without stalling, remove you from our playlist. As far as the RIAA, ASCAP, BMI and the AUTHORITIES GO, by contacting us you agree NOT to badger us with cease and desist orders or lawsuit threats and have your artists contact us personally or face a lawsuit. Once again we will cease and desist after talking with the artists, not the middle man, cause you don’t know what is good for them anyways.
